Paneer Chowmein Recipe
here's a recipe for Paneer Chowmein:
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of chowmein noodles
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup of shredded paneer
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2-3 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Boil the chowmein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok or a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and chopped green chilies and sauté for a few seconds.
- Add sliced onion and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add sliced bell pepper and julienned carrot and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add the shredded paneer and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until it starts to turn golden brown.
- Add soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper powder. Mix everything well.
- Add the boiled chowmein noodles and toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.
- Turn off the heat and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Your Paneer Chowmein is now ready to serve. Enjoy!
